Full Conference:
Full Conference attendees will have access to sponsored Monday seminars, all keynote sessions, all track sessions, all activities in the Exhibition including special interest groups and Technology Showcase Theatre presentations, the Welcome Reception on Monday night, the Exhibition Happy Hour on Tuesday night and the official Conference bag. Full Conference Day Pass attendees will have access to all Full Conference activities on the day for which a pass is purchased.

Exhibition Plus:

Exhibition Plus attendees will also get a £100 discount off the Full Conference registration fee in 2009.

Multiple Person Registration Discount for Full Conference Passes
If three or more attendees from the same company register for Full Conference passes together, each individual will receive a £50 discount. All attendees must register at the same time. No discounts will be given retrospectively.
Academic Pass
The academic pass applies only to professors, or students in full-time education at a further education college or university. You must supply proof of your academic standing or student ID when you check in on-site.
Registration Payment Terms and Conditions
For all Early Bird registrations, payment must be received by 1st August, 2008. For all Discount registrations, payment must be received by 26th September, 2008. Payment must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your attendance is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. All fee-paying attendees must pay UK VAT at 17.5%. Registration is not considered paid unless VAT has been included with each registration payment. Once payment has been received, a tax invoice will be posted and also made available for you to print via the website. Please note that all payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (£).
Cancellations and Substitutions
If you cancel your registration in writing by Friday 26th September, your fee will be returned less 25% to cover administrative expenses. After Friday 26th September, no refunds will be given. Substitutions may be made at any time. You can submit your cancellation or substitution request to via email to rsa@delegate.com or via fax to +44 (0)1252 77 17 70.
Event Cancellation
In the event that RSA Conference Europe 2008 is cancelled, delegates will be refunded the registration fee they’ve paid. Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the delegate
Age Limit
You must be 18 years of age to attend RSA Conference Europe 2008. Requests for any exceptions to this term must be made in writing to the registration team via email at rsa@delegate.com or via fax at +44 (0) 1252 77 17 70.
